Margaret found me the
property of my dreams. She knew what I wanted, was always
one step ahead on new listings and found the "one of
a kind property" for me. Although there were several
offers on the first day of the listing, Margaret's professionalism
and immediate actions enabled me to be the successful purchaser.

valuable ally for Joan at such a tough time in her life.
Selling the home and garden she and George planned and loved
so very much was a bitter sweet experience which caused her

I would like to thank you for your
competence and sensitivity in helping my Mum and Dad through
this milestone in their lives. Like many elderly couples,
they were very reluctant to leave their home of 38 years.
However, in less than a week, you helped them to find, and
purchase, a condominium that was perfectly suited to their
needs, and also to sell their home, and at all times, patient,
helpful and genuinely caring - far beyond the call of duty.
I expected this move to be a time of regret and loss, but instead I was able
to share in their excitement at the prospect of such a positive change.
